NRA Instructor Training

NRA Basic Instructor Training:

This course teaches the student the policies and procedures for becoming an NRA instructor as well as effective teaching methods for training students. Basic Instructor is a pre-requisite for all instructor level courses and is a one time only course.

This course is approximately 6 hours long.

 


NRA Home Firearm Safety Instructor Course:

To teach the basic knowledge and skills, and to explain the attitude necessary for handling and storage of gun in the home.

This course is approximately 4 hours long.


NRA Pistol Instructor Course:

This course is designed for students who are interested in becoming a Pistol Instructor. (This course is required to become a NC or SC Concealed Carry Instructor)

This courses is approximately 11 hours long.


NRA Shotgun Instructor Course:

This course is designed for students who are interested in becoming a Shotgun Instructor.

This courses is approximately 11 hours long.


NRA Rifle Instructor Course:

This course is designed for students who are interested in becoming a Rifle Instructor. (This course is required by the Boy Scouts of America to teach any rifle or air rifle programs to all levels of Scouts)

This courses is approximately 11 hours long.

 


NRA Personal Protection In The Home Instructor Course:

This course is designed for instructors who wish to teach Personal Protection In The Home. Must have completed Basic Handgun Instructor Course.

This course is approximately 9 hours long.
